Helpless Rage

So much rage, helpless rage,
the majority of this world are locked in a cage,
stuck behind bars, viewing the damage being done,
by a nation capable of alienating everyone.
I can’t get my head round the lack of humanity,
did we as people learn nothing from history?
These people are heartless and ruthless in their mission,
regardless of the damage they are doing to their nation.
I feel helpless, lost, frightened by what I’m witnessing,
each update is worse, each action more harrowing,
wake up world, something needs to be done,
before we become the history lesson, of a world undone!
