just so you know.

If I love you, I’ll do so expecting nothing in return,
I’ll give it all to you,
just so you know.

If I love you and you do not love me in return,
that’s okay,
just so you know.

If you hurt me, after all I have given,
you don’t deserve me,

Think carefully, before you confess your love to me,
are you prepared, for what this could mean,
do you truly know?
