Her cries could not be heard
Over the storm that rages in her head
Her screams are silent winds
Filled with so much pain
They would destroy anyone
Who got in their way
Yet most are unaware
Of the devastation all around
All they see is a quiet girl
With her eyes cast
Towards the ground.
